DC-DC Battery Chargers
Battery-to-battery chargers that turn alternator or traction-pack voltage into a precise LiFePO4 / lithium-ion charging curve.
- 8–90V in
- 12.6–43.8V out
- RS485 option
Every series is designed, assembled and tested in our Shenzhen facility. Pick the topology that matches your input range, isolation needs and load profile.
Battery-to-battery chargers that turn alternator or traction-pack voltage into a precise LiFePO4 / lithium-ion charging curve.
Waterproof mains chargers for LiFePO4 packs with US / EU / UK / AU plug options, from 300W portable to 1000W fleet units.
Transformer-isolated modules that break ground loops and protect sensitive loads in telecom, forklifts and industrial control.
Step-up converters that raise 12V or 24V systems to 15–48V for motors, LED lighting, solar loads and 48V accessories.
Automatic step-up/step-down stabilizers that hold a fixed output while battery voltage swings above and below it.
High-efficiency step-down regulators for trucks, buses, e-mobility and 48–72V battery systems feeding 5–24V electronics.
Direct alternator-to-lithium connections overload alternators and undercharge LiFePO4 cells. Our battery-to-battery chargers regulate input from 8V to 90V and deliver a controlled CC/CV profile tuned to your chemistry.
Mains-powered chargers for 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V lithium packs — from compact 300W marine units to the 1000W IP65 fleet charger with 90–265V universal input.
Hold a rock-steady 12V, 13.8V, 19V, 24V or 28V output while the source battery sags under cranking or rises during charging — no brown-outs, no over-voltage.
Our longest-running engineering specialty. Transformer-isolated modules separate input and output grounds — essential for 48V telecom, forklifts, golf carts and noise-sensitive control electronics.
Non-isolated converters with high conversion efficiency for fixed-ratio jobs — 24V trucks to 12V accessories, 48–72V traction packs to 12/24V, or 12V batteries up to 48V.
The most-requested input → output pairs we ship to OEMs and distributors. Not listed? We regularly build custom voltages on existing platforms.

Choosing the wrong topology is the most common cause of field failures we see in returned units. Use these rules from our application engineers.
Vin,min > Vout + headroom
Best efficiency and cost when input always stays above output — e.g. a 24V truck system (≈22–29V) feeding 12V loads.
Vin,max < Vout
Raises a lower battery to a higher bus, such as 12V to 48V for motors or LED arrays. Size for the lowest input — that is where input current peaks.
Vin crosses Vout
A 12V lead-acid or LiFePO4 bank swings ~9–14.6V. If your load needs a true 12V, only buck-boost keeps it regulated across that whole window.
Separate grounds required
Use where input and output must not share a ground: positive-ground telecom, traction packs, noise-sensitive sensors or safety-critical systems.
DC-DC battery chargers and buck-boost stabilizers for dual-battery campers and 12V appliances.
Waterproof LiFePO4 chargers and 24V→12V converters for navigation and house loads.
Wide-input buck-boost modules that hold stable rails from fluctuating renewable storage.
48–72V to 12V/24V step-down converters for lights, horns and controllers on traction packs.
Isolated 36–75V input converters for 48V telecom racks and network equipment.
Reliable DC rails for automation, AGVs, forklifts, medical carts and commercial vehicles.
